OmuBumu may use third-party services. Their terms and policies may apply, and OmuBumu is not responsible for third-party platforms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, or to protect the service and users.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmuBumu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
